George Mackay Brown Centenary Issue — Autumn/Winter 2021
This centenary issue celebrates the great Orcadian writer with contributions by people who knew him, corresponded with him, and admired his work. Its 124 pages range from anecdotal memories and extracts from correspondence to critical evaluation, and include twelve colour pages of images—book covers, photographs (including little seen images of the man himself) and in one case a sample letter, as well as uncollected poems not seen since the 1960s.
